Fall is the time of year

I love the Fall season. A break from the ridiculous swelter that we call Summer in the Southeast, and a season of Fall sporting activities. Football, Soccer, Cross Country, Marathons, etc... The mornings are crisp and cool, the days are warm and dry. And of course, the beautiful fall foliage is creeping up on us for a spectacle no one could create other than our Glorious creator Himself!

I read that the Feds officially declared The Great Recession is over last week. They say it ended in June 2009. I know most people do not fell this in the real world, but it is promising news none the less. We have to crawl to walk right?
I just received my weekly mortgage interest rate update from my good friend Drew Yates at Foundation Bank. It seems that interest rates are still lingering near record lows in the lower 4% range.

So why is the housing market still sluggish? (desperately vacant from buyers in most areas) Consumer confidence! The mid term elections; the horrific lingering high unemployment rate; the national dept; the ridiculously childish political partisan rhetoric; The Bush Tax Break extensions or not debate... These things all add up to public doubt.

It's time to MOVE PAST the DOUBT! We are in a new Season, a promising economic future, and cost of borrowing money is at our lifetime low more than likely. If people have ever considered moving up, or simply just moving --- NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!!!! Don't let consumer opinions blind you to the realities that are within our grasp. Reach out and take hold of the best Housing opportunity you've EVER SEEN!

Oh yeah----- Happy Fall!
